My most recent theory

Ok, so, the Dharma Initiative was a government organization, right? So, when Ben killed off every member of the Dharma Initiative, somehow they found out about it. So now, they have sent out this team of people, headed by Naomi, to capture Ben for questioning or something. Ben, however, has spies everywhere, including Walt, who he has set on their boat for information purposes. That is how he knows so much. That is why Walt keeps reappearing. And that is all that I have for now.
